Description
The XCell
Stratus is the latest model from Miniature Aircraft. Its the lightest
.90 sized model we've ever built and at 9.9lbs its the lightest model
available in its class. The Stratus includes a revolutionary new engine mounting system, the
new Ultimate 3D rotor head, and an open tail rotor transmission. There's
nothing else available like it today.
A new frame design moves the center of gravity higher for quicker
maneuvers and allows simple engine access and includes a new servo
layout to improve control geometry. A new rear mounted fuel tank
improves fuel visibility and minimizes CG change during flights.
Its packaged for use with either a YS91 or an OS91 with other optional
gear ratios available for use with other engines.
An optional landing gear kit is available that further reduces weight
and moves the center of gravity even higher.
Also available in a conversion kit to convert your existing Fury Extreme
or Tempest to the Stratus format.
